The Central Avenue Special Improvement District (CASID) is seeking competitive quotes from qualified nurseries and landscape suppliers to furnish rooted plant materials (NOT plugs) for approximately 122 tree beds located on Central Avenue in The Heights neighborhood of Jersey City, NJ. Materials must consist of native species suitable for Jersey City, NJ (USDA Zone 7a/7b) and be appropriate for urban street tree bed conditions. See detailed RFQ HERE.
