As stakeholders, each business and commercial property owner must contribute to, and share in, the responsibility of managing the district. The geographic boundaries of the SID are established by City Ordinance and changes will require collective decision-making. Anyone who does not wish to be part of the SID can always choose to relocate outside the SID boundaries.
