With nearly two decades of service as a previous District Manager of the Central Avenue Special Improvement District, David has established a distinguished career in community development, commercial district management, and stakeholder engagement. During this tenure, he led numerous initiatives that strengthened the local business environment, enhanced public spaces, and advanced long-term revitalization efforts within Jersey City’s Heights community.
Currently serving under the Office of the Business Administrator for the City of Jersey City, he contributes to citywide operational priorities and interdepartmental initiatives that support municipal efficiency, economic development, and neighborhood improvement.
